Keeps getting stuck on 99% when it loads initially and so far it seems very repetitive, will play a bit more and updating this as necessary. Update: I reinstalled the game which seems to have fixed the issue of it getting stuck on 99%.... In other news it wiped all of my progress so now I'm back to the start of the game even though it was linked to my Google play account (so what was the point of linking the account if nothing was saving and yes I checked the first time around, it was linked)

Free to play friendly and the game is very replayable with upgrades on the tank troops.

Awesome game! Like many others I played We Are Warriors and thus far have actually been finding this game more fun and a little better balanced. That being said, I do think some balancing updates might be needed but nothing too crazy. The actual reason I'm writing this is to let the Devs know that there currently isn't a message indicating to users that they need to update. Just went to play and loaded the game a bunch of times before I realized. Not a big deal though, great game!

Update made the game garbage. Prior you had objectives that earned you gems. 950 gems could be used to purchase power-ups. In order for the power-ups to have any effect I would have to grind between 5k and 10k of gems. With the update you can no longer grind, which basically you will hit a pay wall where it's impossible to progress without Supreme ridiculous amounts of money. Simply put: save your time and don't download this.

Old Age of war clone done bad Enemy AI much more smart and fast than your AI, unit balancing non-existent, upgrade system serves no purpose since unless you PAY you'll never gain an edge. 100% damage and health increase just means you're on the same level now. Some characters are ridiculously OP. IF THEY EVER PLAYED THIS DURING TESTING, THEY ONLY BRUTE FORCED IT AFTER BUYING IN, that's the only answer I can come up with. Also, you can play timeline 1 without wifi, and then after that you can't?

Lies and deception, some missions on the top tell you that they'll reward you 40 purple gems, but you only get like 5 or 10,also the ad icons to get the free golds almost never shows up, so you never know if it's free free, or free with an ad, I'm pretty sure it's against some countries law... And even besides that, it's a garbage lazy game full of bugs, not well coded, poor game design,...

A fun time. some of the updates have seemed to make the game feel a bit less grindy with a level up every run at a reasonable level. the last two updates seemed to make spamming units a bit more laggy, but that could just be my device. only drawback is it seems to not want to boot without internet also if anyone is wondering. to use the starting Era unit to beat all levels in the timeline, at least for copper. 6.14 food per second, 3,124% attack up, and 1,644% health up. warrior defend thrower

The game is fine, the progression is very slow making microtransactions feel necessary which is where I stopped playing. Also I feel having the increased game speed a paid option is a bit steep at over £7. It feels that's the speed the game was designed to be played at and everything seems to be in slow motion playing free. Don't think I would recommend it.

Forces you to allow data collection before you can play. It says you can "reject" but there's no button to do so. They care more about ads than your experience.

Credit where Credit is due, the ads are only by choice to receive something in game. However, the gameplay becomes less fun and more of a grind in later stages and for that reason it's no longer fun to play and I will be uninstalling after this is posted.

Am I missing something here? I've never had to grind 10+ times to beat level 1 of a mobile game. I feel like I'm missing something but so far as I can tell there are little to no tactical decisions to make besides which unit to train. If the gameplay was in any way fun the repetitiveness might be acceptable but to me it is a mindless wait and click fest.
